Cancellation Policy
When booking your venue rental, please include the time you will need to set up and break down. You will be refunded the 25% deposit if the space is left clean and how you found it. No one will be let into the venue unless the person who booked the venue is present. If you need to leave the venue, your guest will be asked to leave until you return. A Cr8Tyff attendee will be onsite for the duration of your rental, should you have any questions. You will be asked to obtain a $1 million dollar insurance certificate the day of your event should any accidents occur.
